On Saturday the State Central Committee of the Republican Party of Virginia voted to hold a convention to choose the nominee for the U.S. Senate in May of 2008. Interesting thing I heard today about Virginia's primary. This race is really between only a couple of candidates. Virginia requires candidates to have at least 10,000 signatures to have there name printed on the ballot. Anything above 10,000 only helps build credibility here.
